Eco friendly tiny house style living in a 200 sq ft casita/mother-in-law suite with a private lockable entrance, attached to a single family home. Artist will get their own bedroom, bathroom/laundry, and kitchenette. The space is intended for single occupancy.
Eco friendly features
Toilet has a sink above tank to recycle grey water. Small space is efficient use of utilities. Many of the materials to finish this space were reused, recycled or repurposed. Perfect for someone who appreciates living with character and creativity. Very unique space.
Room is currently furnished with full size bed, side table, desk + chair, bench, closet rod for storage, books and art.
Yard
Yard is fenced and semi private. Residents have the option to garden in the enclosed garden and nearby greenhouse. Functioning outdoor shower that drains into the garden (only available in summer and should use soap compatible with garden). Covered outdoor work area.

Neighborhood
Berkeley Regis Neighborhood is in Northwest Denver and has a high walkability score, with coffee/breakfast, pizza and a brewery on the next block as well as Tennyson nearby. Grocery store is a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive. Easily accessible to I-70 and I-25, and 10 minutes from downtown Denver. The area is named after Regis University. We are about a 1 minute walk from the main Regis campus which is also an award winning arboretum.
